• Navigation and security data: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, device information and logs required to operate and protect the website.
• Contact form: name, email address, company and message content.
• Bookings: name, email, optional phone number, company and notes, selected date and time, booking status and management link.
• Analytics data: visited pages, navigation events, browser, device and approximate location, only after Analytics consent.
• Digital NFC business cards: professional contact details supplied by clients for publication on their card.

• Answering enquiries and taking steps towards a professional relationship: requested pre-contractual measures (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Managing, rescheduling and cancelling video calls and related messages: pre-contractual measures or performance of the requested service (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

We process data digitally using organisational and technical measures proportionate to risk, limiting access to authorised people and necessary service providers.

Contact and booking data is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a professional relationship begins, for that relationship and applicable statutory periods. Technical logs are retained as needed for security and diagnostics. Consent-based data is processed until consent is withdrawn, subject to technical deletion times.

Data may be processed by authorised staff and providers acting as processors or independent controllers, depending on the service.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, the Data Privacy Framework where applicable and standard contractual clauses, together with any required supplementary measures.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing where provided by GDPR articles 15–22. You may withdraw Analytics consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
